Taras Hrycyna, B.A., LL.B.
Taras Hrycyna specializes in the areas of Real Estate Law, Wills Trusts and Estate Law, Corporate/Commercial Law, and litigation.
Taras represents purchasers and sellers of real property, first time home buyers, estate trustees, estate executors, estate beneficiaries, corporate senior management and shareholders. Taras has extensive advocacy experience before the Superior Court of Ontario.
Rafael Santos Cesar, LL.B., LL.M.
Rafael practices Immigration Law and Real Estate Law. In addition, Rafael serves the Portuguese speaking community. He is also a licensed lawyer in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese.
Rafael is also actively helping Ukrainian nationals who are fleeing the Russian invasion in Ukraine, with immigration and resettlement matters, so that they may safely begin new lives in Canada.
Ryan Sadler, B.A., J.D.
Ryan’s practice engages many areas of the law including Intellectual Property Law, Corporate/Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Wills & Estates and Civil Litigation – with special expertise regarding internet related matters. He offers litigation services to Plaintiff or Defendant, Applicant or Respondent, and has the knowledge and experience to represent clients from the commencement of legal action to resolution, in all levels of court.
Ryan’s clients include individuals, estates, businesses/corporations and commercial tenants/landlords. Ryan offers a large range of legal services, all tailored to suit your personal or business needs.
Daniel Isidore Hrycyna, B.A., J.D.
Daniel practices in the area of Real Estate Law, Corporate/Commercial Law and Wills, Trusts and Estate Law. In addition, Daniel also spends time preparing for trial on litigation related matters where he appears in Superior Court, Small Claims Court, Criminal Court, Committee of Adjustments and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Daniel advises a broad range of clients including first time home buyers, real estate advisors, property managers, investment funds, developers, retailers, senior management, board of directors, estate trustees, power of attorneys and shareholders.
